Cancellation and Refund Policy for Buyer

Cancellation before 15 days or more from the date of the event.	5% of the total amount will be deducted
Cancellation between 5 to 15 days from the date of the event.	25% of the total amount will be deducted
Cancellation within 5 days from the date of the event	75% of the total amount will be deducted
Cancellation the day before, same day or after an event	Will not be eligible for Refund

Cancellation and Refund Policy for Seller

If the Seller cancels the event then 3% of the total amount will be deducted from the tickets sold (The seller also has to bear the transactional charges).

In case a buyer cancels a ticket, given below are the eligibility clause for the payment:

Ticket Cancellation by the buyer before 15 days of the event or more	Will not be eligible for Pay
Ticket Cancellation between 5 to 15 days of the event	20% of the total amount will be paid
Ticket Cancellation within 5 days from the event	50% of the total amount will be paid
